This Price List is part of the BrandedMark Customer Terms. It sets out the standard prices for our plans, metered usage, usage packs and other charges. Where your Order Form or checkout states a different price, the Order Form wins (Customer Terms clause 1.2).
In short: these are our standard prices. Your Order Form can fix different ones. The version that applies to you is the one current when you signed, and we give 60 days' notice before any increase reaches you.
1. Which version applies to you
1.1 Fixed when you sign. The version of this Price List that applies to an Order Form is the one current when the Order Form was signed or the checkout completed. Your Order Form records that version.
1.2 Changes. We may publish a new version at any time. A new version applies straight away to new Order Forms. For an existing Order Form, an increase in a subscription fee applies only from your next renewal, and only after at least 60 days' written notice. An increase in a metered rate also needs 60 days' written notice, and if it takes effect during your Subscription Term you may end the affected Order Form before it does (Customer Terms clause 11.6). A price decrease applies from the start of your next billing period.
1.3 Archive. Every version of this Price List stays available at https://www.brandedmark.com/legal/pricing, with previous versions under /legal/pricing/v<version>.
1.4 Taxes. All prices exclude VAT and other sales taxes (Customer Terms clause 11.3).

Connect runs month to month. Scale is Annual, paid monthly (APM): a 12-month Subscription Term with the subscription fee billed monthly in advance (Customer Terms clause 19.3). Your Order Form or checkout records whether you pay in GBP or EUR.

The Partner (Dealer) add-on gives your Trade Partners, such as dealers, distributors, installers and service agents, access to your tenant (Customer Terms clause 10A), with unlimited Trade Partner Users. It is priced by branch, not by user. An active dealer branch is a Trade Partner location set up in your tenant that is not archived. The add-on requires the Scale plan.
In short: Connect and Scale have a fixed monthly fee in GBP or EUR; Enterprise is priced per customer. The Partner (Dealer) add-on for Scale is £9,000 (€10,800) a year for up to 100 dealer branches, plus £2,500 (€3,000) a year for each further 50, paid monthly.
3. What each plan includes, and metered rates above it

3.1 Metered usage is charged monthly in arrears (Customer Terms clause 11.2(b)).
3.1A Currency. Metered rates and usage packs are shown in GBP and EUR. You pay the prices in the currency your Order Form or checkout records.
3.2 Usage caps. You can set a spending cap for each AI meter in the Service. When a cap is reached, the AI Feature pauses until the next period or until you raise the cap. Tag creation is not capped, because tags are printed on physical products.
3.3 Definitions. A tag is a unique product identifier (for example a QR code or GS1 Digital Link) created in the Service. An AI resolution is a support conversation that an AI Feature answers. An AI generation is a single piece of content an AI Feature creates on request. AI thinking units measure extended AI reasoning.
4. Usage packs
Packs add to your monthly or yearly allowance at a lower rate than metered usage. You can buy up to 100 of each pack.

5. Payments taken through the Service

The platform fee is collected by our payment provider from each payment (Customer Terms clause 9.2). Your payment provider's own fees are separate.
